What are we talking about here - crying, there's no crying in basketball. I'm sure all know Earvin 'Magic' Johnson have stepped down as president of basketball operations for the LA Lakers. Whoa, is this happening one of the best to ever play the game quitting. No, Magic couldn't get his way so is bowing out. Rob Pelinka, Jeanie Buss and the Best PG ever couldn't see eye to eye. From my understanding Rob wanted more input on team decisions and Magic wanted him gone or a fresh start from the top down. Just another power struggle, but Magic wanted to take the attention from the big changes that the Lakers have to make during the draft and off season.
